button opens the Nightsbridge real-time availabilty module. Enter the dates you need accommodation for and the number of rooms, the module will then show the rooms that are available, special offers, the rate per person sharing/single and the booking amount.
When you want to book a room you are asked if you prefer an EFT or to enter your credit card details for the deposit payment.
An e-mail and SMS will be send to the establishment to confirm your booking once your payment details have been checked. You will receive a confirmation and booking voucher from us.
When the establishment does not use the booking module, you can ask questions about rates, availability, facilities, activities etc. by clicking the
button, fill out the Online form and click Submit.
Both the establishment and JOIN SABB will receive an e-mail. JOIN SABB ensures you will receive your quote as soon as possible (typically within 24 hours).
The accommodation replies via e-mail to give you a quoted price and reference number.
By paying a deposit by Internet banking you accept the quote and secure your booking. To secure your booking, a minimum deposit of 50% is required before the expiry date. Please remember to include your Reference Number on the deposit.
To ensure that your payment is captured to your booking without delay, please e-mail the confirmation of your payment to info@sabnb.info. The establishment is not obliged to hold your provisional booking longer after the expiry date.
The deposit is transacted into JOIN SABB´s bank account and electronically switched over into the establishment's account.
Once we receive your payment, we inform the establishment your booking has been confirmed and send you a booking voucher with the supplier's contact details so you can arrange your arrival prior to check-in date.
The balance of payment is settled between you and the supplier at the establishment's discretion.
We advise you to print the voucher as proof of your booking and payment.
The rates shown in the advertisements are the low season "from rates per person sharing", a guideline and are subject to change without prior notice. Please re-confirm before booking.
What guarantee do I have if my booking is not handled to my satisfaction?
Our exceptional service is backed up with a Money-Back Service Guarantee. If your accommodation booking is not handled to your satisfaction, JOIN SABB will refund all monies transacted. You can trust us with your accommodation booking.
This Guarantee only applies to the JOIN SABB accommodation booking service. Any shortcomings in service provided by other travel suppliers, such as airlines, accommodation establishments, car rental companies etc. are expelled. JOIN SABB reserves the right to modify or terminate this guarantee at any time.
Cancellations and refunds
If you want to cancel your booking, please notify the establishment and JOIN SABB as soon as possible. Since cancellation terms vary, the cancellation and refund policy of the establishment is attached to the quotations. Refunds are settled between you and the establishment.
We charge a commission on the booking to the establishment, we will refund this commission minus a R100 handling fee to cover admin and banking costs.
Enquiry reference number
The reservations team needs an enquiry number from you in order to help you. You receive an enquiry number when you make an online enquiry on the JOIN SABB website.
You need to search www.southafricanbedandbreakfast.info for an establishment and make an enquiry. Once you have made an enquiry we can assist you with your booking.
What does JOIN SABB charge me for using the JOIN SABB booking system?
Nothing, like with a travel agent the price you pay via the agent is the 'standard rate'. You pay no booking fees on www.southafricanbedandbreakfast.info, so there is no price advantage to booking offline.
