On the other side, Cape Town is a mere 20 minutes drive away along the verge of the beautiful Atlantic Seaboard or through the picturesque Constantia Forest.
Set on the Atlantic Seaboard, Seacliffe Lodge is one of the few establishments located on the verge of the sea in Hout Bay with the beach and restaurants within walking distance. We have nine tastefully furnished luxury rooms & two self catering rooms overlooking the working fishing harbour, the bay and Chapmans Peak. What better way would there be than to enjoy your favourite drink while watching the sun set as it leaves it´s beautiful orange glow on Chapmans Peak.
Alternatively a short drive up Chapmans Peak will bring you directly in line with a beautiful sunset shimmering on the sea. August to October is that time of the year when the whales start arriving in Hout Bay. They meander in during the morning hours and then start to move on just before sunset.
