Camps Bay House is a modern and spacious 4-bedroom house with beautiful, unobstructed sea and mountain views. It is situated high up in Camps Bay in a quiet residential area with stunning views over Camps Bay Beach, and is only 2km from Camps Bay beachfront with its trendy restaurants, shops and entertainment venues. The Waterfront and Cape Town business centre are a mere 10 minutes drive away.

The house borders Table Mountain Nature Reserve and there is a gate from the garden leading directly into the reserve from where one can start one of the many hikes or even walk to the top of Table Mountain itself.

The house sleeps 8 persons comfortably. The main bedroom is en-suite with bath and shower. This room has a King-size, extra length bed. There is a loft room with en-suite shower and stunning mountain views. Upstairs there is a Queen-size and also a single bed and downstairs a double sleeper couch. Furthermore there are a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bedroom with a double bed. These 2 bedrooms share one bathroom with bath and shower.

The spacious lounge and dining room have views over the sea and, on the other side, to Table Mountain and the 12 Apostles. The lounge leads to a terrace with views over the beach and of Lions Head, and a few steps down is the pool and the garden with a built-in trampoline and jungle gym for the younger guests.

The kitchen is open plan with a big island and granite tops. Scullery with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier. The house is secured by a superior remote controlled monitored security system with armed response.

There is a seperate loft apartment to the house which can be rented as well.

The rate for the house varies from R3500 to R6000 per day, depending on number of people, length of stay and season.
