This modern spacious 1 bedroom loft apartment with spectacular sea views is situated high up in Camps Bay, close to Camps Bay Beach and trendy restaurants and bars, famous Clifton Beaches, about 10 minutes to the Waterfront and Central Cape Town.

The apartment sleeps 2, but there is also a double sleeper couch in the lounge. The bedroom is on a mezzanine level and has a king-size bed (a cot is available on request). Downstairs is an open plan fully equipped kitchen and lounge with TV . The loft has got its own very big private terrace with sea views.

Behind the house is the Table Mountain Nature Reserve with beautiful walks along the Mountain and hiking paths up to the top of Table Mountain. Linen, towels and a weekly service are included.

The loft apartment rates are:
15 December 2007 to 10 January 2008 - R1200 per night
11 January 2008 to 30 April 2008 - R850 per night
1 May 2008 to 31 August 2008 - R550 per night
Long term rates are negotiable.
