Uxolo Lodge is being developed by Arno & Louise Meintjes in the heart of the Big 5 country just 10 minutes drive from the Kruger National Park, South Africa. The lodge is located on the main road between White River and Hazyview and just 10 minutes drive from Phabeni Gate, 35 minutes from Kruger Gate and 45 minutes from Numbi Gate.

Uxolo Lodge offers you two fully equipped self catering cottages. One two-bedroom self-catering chalet is operational and the first one bedroom chalet should be available by the end of November 2007. A further 10 units will be build in 2008

The Chalet offers a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom,lounge, patio, secure parking and braai area. It accommodates 2 adults and 2 kids can be accommodated in a bunkbed.

The Family Unit has 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom,lounge and patio with braai area. It sleeps 4 but 2 beds for kids can be added. It is fantastic for families visiting the Kruger.

Both units have air-conditioning, a laundry service is available. Secure parking on site.

Arno and/or Louise conduct photographic trips to the park and will assist all amateur photographers with sightings, shot angles, etc. Editing and net facilities will also be available.

Our accommodation rates are:
2 Bedroom unit ( sleeps 4 ) R912-00 per night.
1 Bedroom unit (sleeps 2 ) R570-00 per night.

Rates for Photographic tours:
From gate opening to noon OR noon to gate closings R300-00 plus R350-00 per person, max. 2 includes refreshments in vehicle.
Full day R450-00 plus R500-00 per person, max. 2 includes refreshments and lunch.

On all trips vehicle camera stands and beanbags will be provided Rates include one hour photoshop editing after the trip as well as transfer of images to CD.
