Notten's Bush Camp is an exclusive and private safari lodge in South Africa. This intimate game lodge is a jewel within the heart of the Sabi Sand Game Reserve, one of South Africa’s finest natural sanctuaries, within the Greater Kruger National Park.
Notten's Bush Camp's accommodation consists of beautifully appointed suites (7 Double rooms and 1 Single room) with open plan bedroom and en-suite bathroom. Four of the suites have both indoor and outdoor shower facilities at this first class safari lodge in Mpumalanga. All windows and sliding doors are fitted with screens and insect coils are provided. Each suite at Notten's Bush Camp leads onto a private wooden deck with a beautiful view of the bush. With breathtaking, panoramic views in a peaceful setting, relaxation comes naturally.
All chalets have hot showers and the suites have both hot showers and baths. Paraffin lamps and candles replace electric lighting for ambience and all the rooms are cooled with an overhead ceiling fan.
The excellent cuisine consists of a traditional bush breakfast with fresh fruits, yogurts, mueslis and freshly baked muffins followed by eggs of one’s choice, crispy bacon, fried tomatoes, mushrooms, and the chef’s speciality of the day. The buffet high tea/lunch, served at three o’clock is a delicious spread of freshly baked quiches, breads and pies, an array of succulent garden salads, a selection of cheese and cold meats all to be finished off with the chef’s heavenly cakes. The three-course dinner is a wholesome delight of traditional flavours. The menu is varied with all tastes being catered for at Notten's Bush Camp.
Safaris are led by experienced rangers in open-top Land Rovers, offering an adventurous discovery of the region’s prolific wildlife which includes the big five. Daily bush walks can be enjoyed, followed by lazy hours at the sparkling pool. Under the cloak of nightfall, the mystical sounds of the African night set the perfect mood for dining in the entrancing candlelit boma, beneath a canopy of stars.

01-01 to 30-04 : R2900 p.p.n.sharing
01-05 to 31-08 : R2300 p.p.n.sharing
01-09 to 30-09 : R2900 p.p.n.sharing
01-10 to 31-12 : R3100 p.p.n.sharing
- Rates are fully inclusive of three meals, accommodation, two game drives and a bush walk per day.
- Excluded is the bar, transfers, massages, laundry and telephone and items from the shop.
- We charge a 50% single supplement.
- Road transfer arrangements from the respective airports to be made with an independent transfer company.
- Children 8 and over are welcome.
- Shared accommodation for children - 1 x Family Room, 1 x Triple Room.
- Nottens will do transfers to/from Mala Mala for R100.00 per person one way.
- Private land rover and ranger @ R3 500-00 per day.
