Zuleika Country House is located on the edge of Limpopo’s awesome Blyde River Canyon. Abounding in wildlife, it’s the largest green canyon in the world with a 33 km gorge and precipitous cliffs rising from the riverbed.

Zuleika is on a working citrus farm. This provides an ambiance that is well-liked by both local and international visitors.

Zuleika offers four luxury suites with stunning canyon views, five semi-luxury rooms with garden views and six family units (with self-cateringoptions); all with en-suite bathrooms, air-conditioning, satellite TV, king-size beds and private entrances. All rooms are rich with flavour and texture and special care has been given to creative detail.

Local attractions include the Khamai Reptile Park, Moholoholo Rehabilitation Centre, and the Kapama Cheetah Project. We are within 40 minutes of the picturesque Panorama Route and Kruger National Park. How about a hot air balloon ride or horse- and elephant rides in the African bush.

If you’re coming from Johannesburg/ Pretoria take the N4 motorway eastwards toward Middelburg and get off the motorway at Belfast and then head for Lydenburg via Dullstroom. Continue on the R 36 from Lydenburg and negotiate the Abel Erasmus pass, but after the Strydom Tunnel please DON’T take a left on the R 36 to Tzaneen, but instead carry straight on on the R 531 in the direction of Hoedspruit. At the Swadini Reptile Park t-junction, take a right as you stay on the R 531 (toward Orpen) for 600 m and our driveway is on the right side of that road. Don’t worry it’s very well signposted
