Kurisa Moya Nature Lodge in Limpopo Province, South Africa is near Magoebaskloof and Polokwane. This eco-lodge offers beauty in nature, peace and tranquility, close to birds and animals. Go on walking paths, hiking trails, 4x4 drives, abseiling, mountain biking, guided birding walks, learn the art of fly-fishing or get pampered with massages.

Various marked trails of graded difficulty and length lead you through a wide range of habitats on the farm. A two day trail down to a game farm in the Kudu's River Valley is a new attraction. The farm’s varied habitats are home to over 250 species of birds, including the Narina Trogan, the Black-fronted Bush Shrike, the Green Twinspot and the Buff-spotted Flufftail.
The Woodbush area is one of the top birding sites as mentioned in South African Birdfinder and in Top Birding Spots in Southern Africa. Co-owner, Ben de Boer, manager of the Greater Limpopo Birding Routes is an avid birder. David Letsoalo, award-winning Bird Guide is resident at Kurisa Moya and takes guided walks and outings in the Woodbush area.

Our dam is stocked with trout and Haenertsburg is a nationally renowned trout fishing area. Access can be organised to various dam and river venues where both rainbow and brown trout may be caught. Trout fishing lessons and equipment hire are available. Also available are walking and mountain bike trails, a cranio-sacral therapy session, a back and shoulder massage, 4x4 sunset drives up the mountain and much more.

Kurisa Moya is PET FRIENDLY and we welcome well-behaved dogs in some of our venues and on our trails. (Subject to certain conditions) The Farm is a wonderful environment for adventurous, bush-wise hounds.
