Artist's Paradise is a home-from-home country-style guesthouse at the beautiful valley of Kabeljousriver - just a 5 min drive outside Jeffreys Bay and the beach. It is a place to relax and enjoy the calmness of country life.

The farm guest house has five double rooms en-suite, a big lounge, television room, library, honesty bar and an outdoor swimming pool. Waking up in the morning by the sound of the birds and afterwalks a good breakfast to start your day. A trip to one of the National Parks or game reserves in the surrounding or a beachwalk. Or even a boattrip to see the whales and dolphins who are playing around.

You can also stay on the farm. Have a walk to the hill with magnificent views on Jeffrey's Bay and the valley, or just relaxing near the swimming pool with a nice book out of the library. We serve a continental breakfast, on request we can serve a lunch, supper or braai.

Beside the guesthouse we are running an art center - a studio which our artistic guests can use freely - art classes - art courses and a permanent art exhibition in the guesthouse.

Your host Adelheid Peltenburg is English, Dutch, German and French speaking. Although our staff can only speak Afrikaans and English, they will do their utmost to make your stay a very pleasant one. Adelheid is also an Eastern & Western Cape Tour Guide so she can advise you about all the nice places in these provinces.
