LIMPOPO BUSH2BEACH GUIDED EXPEDITION 12 DAYS
Combine the Bush of South Africa with the Beach of Mozambique: a unique experience! |
Africa Unlimited Expeditions & Transfers, as an inbound expedition specialist and eco-tourism based company, strives to deliver a personal and professional service and create an outstanding Southern African Cultural and/or Wilderness experience.
The establishment of The Great Limpopo Transfrontier Park and the Giriyondo Border Post to Mozambique, in the Limpopo Province, gives rise to new, pristine and extraordinary holiday destinations within Southern Africa. Visitors can enjoy a world-class "Big Five" safari in the celebrated Kruger and Limpopo National Parks and then travel along a selected and remote route to the beautiful coastal expanse of Mozambique's biggest natural asset, its supreme coastline.
In 2007, Africa Unlimited started a fantastic 12-day Limpopo Bush 2 Beach Expedition. The tour is conducted in a small group and takes guests along the wildlife and cultural highlights of the Limpopo Province, Kruger National Park and Parque Nacional do Limpopo; as well as the magnificence and adventure of the Mozambican beaches.
In 2009 the route will be even more spectacular, as we now travel further north and include the white sandy beaches of Inhambane.

In order to make the experience as flexible as possible, the starting point of the expedition is in Phalaborwa and the finishing point in Johannesburg.
This will allow guests to either travel the Cultural route through Venda; the Birding route through Haenertsburg, or even the Panoramic Route, via the Blyde River Canyon, before reaching Phalaborwa where the expedition commences.
Any of these routes between Johannesburg and Phalaborwa can be developed into an optional “Add-On” to the set 12-day Limpopo Bush to Beach Expedition. This could be travelled either as a self-drive or as a guided tour with Africa Unlimited.
The Limpopo Bush to Beach Expedition perfectly combines enthusiasm and dynamism with expertise and experience to bring visitors the ultimate African experience.
