Goldee Trading aa JOIN SABB operates as a guide to enable users to find, book and pay for Self Drive Tours and Guided Expeditions. We act as an agent for establishment owners, car hire companies and guests, as such its our responsibility to assist all parties to agree on a booking, to receive payment from the guest of the required amount, to pass such payment to the other parties and to provide the guest with a reservation reference number, if applicable.
On receipt of the users booking request, JOIN SABB sends an availability enquiry to the participating establishments. In the event an establishment is not able to accommodate the client, we will offer alternative accommodation of the same standard.
A quotation is sent to the user, this offer can be accepted or declined. If the offer is accepted, a deposit payable prior to the expiry date of the quotation is required to secure the booking. Acceptance by the guest prior to the offer's expiry date a binding contract between JOIN SABB, the establishments and the user.
To secure your booking a 35% deposit of the total amount is required. On receipt of your payment we will book the accommodation and carhire. Once your reservation has been confirmed we will send you a confirmation voucher with the car rental and establishment's details.
Please note:
- In the event an establishment is not able to accommodate the client, we will offer alternative accommodation of the same standard.
- Although we can request a specific vehicle model in a given category we can at no time guarantee the availability of such a model.
Latest 4 weeks prior to arrival, the balance minus the car rental fee, needs to be transferred into our account.
Bookings will only be processed once funds are cleared in the JOIN SABB bank account. The required amount may be a deposit or the full amount of the booking. The required amount will always be specified in communications with the user.
CANCELLATION and REFUNDS
Bookings are subject to the establishment's and car hire companie's Cancellation and Refund policy. These policies are attached to all quotations, guests should ensure they are familiar with these cancellation policies. The owner will be responsible for any refund required by the client once the funds have been paid to the owner by JOIN SABB.
In the event of a refund being required from an establishment/ car hire companie for any reason, the establishment undertakes to refund the guest within 36 hours of being requested to do so.
JOIN SABB retains a non-refundable booking commission of R 500 excl. VAT for facilitating the booking. This amount is not payable in addition to the stipulated deposit, but is deducted from the deposits paid to the establishments and the client will not be liable to pay any amount in addition to the amount specified in the quotation, except for extra items or services purchased from the establishments.By accepting our quotations, the client consents to these terms and conditions.
