All required arrangements, reservations, confirmations and payments shall be completed through Africa Unlimited, according to the terms and conditions as stated below:

·        Rates are quoted in South African Rands (ZAR).

·        Rates are subject to be changed without prior notification.

·        You will be liable to sign an indemnity form before you depart on any activity conducted by Africa Unlimited.

·        No persons under the age of 12 years will be permitted on the Bush 2 Beach Tour.

·        To confirm a booking, a Confirmation Form and a Trip Manifest need to be completed, signed and faxed/emailed back to Africa Unlimited.

·        A 50% deposit of the total quote is required immediately.

·        Full settlement of the quote is required one month prior to commencement of the tour.

·        In cases where bookings are made 30 days or less from commencement of the tour, the total quote is to be settled immediately.

·        If payment is not settled on the required date, the booking/tour will automatically be cancelled and the party concerned will be charged the cancellation fees as stipulated in the policy below.

·        Withdrawals of travelers from a booking must be done in writing and faxed/emailed to Africa Unlimited.

·        Cancellation up to and including 30 days prior to commencement of tour: 50% of the total charged

·        Cancellation from 29 days to 7 days prior to commencement of tour: 75% of the total charged

·        Cancellation from 7 days up until the day the tour commences: 100% of the total charged

·        No shows: 100% of the total charged 

 

·        In cases of unforeseen circumstances that Africa Unlimited has no control over and which causes the tour to be altered, Africa Unlimited has the right to adjust the arrangements which best fits into the itinerary, even though confirmation of the tour has already been finalised and payments made.

·        Adjustments to the itinerary must be made available to the travelers immediately.

·        If a traveler, after being warned, persists in disturbing the other travelers or tour procedures, Africa Unlimited Tours can end their tour at any time and the full price is payable.

·        If a traveler has a request to make certain changes to the tour e.g. different pick up points, pick up times etc. it will only be done if convenient to the other travelers. Any requests, such as these, need to be made at least one month prior to commencement of tour, for it to be considered.

·        A guide will be provided by Africa Unlimited. He/She complies with minimum qualification requirements of Africa Unlimited and The Department of Environmental Affairs and Tourism (DEAT), South Africa.

·        Africa Unlimited outsources certain activities to companies when necessary. These companies are in possession of the legal insurances and registrations and will provide their own guides on the specific activities.

 

·        Road transportation of our clients and their luggage, between accommodation and locations, will be provided by Africa Unlimited as the itinerary suggests.

·        4x4 Routes: A 2007 Toyota Land Cruiser Pick Up, 4.2 Diesel (70 Series) with 8 seater conversion, will be available for the Limpopo Bush to Beach Expedition. Classified as a “closed” vehicle, the converted Toyota Land Cruiser offers superb visibility, as well as comfort to our clients.

·        Standard Routes and Transfers: A Volkswagen Caravelle Combi,  will be available for standard routes and transfers within the Limpopo/Mpumalanga region.

·        A 4x4 trailer is also available for larger groups.

·        Air transportation will be provided by local airlines.
