Marloth Park/ Kruger NP, Eastern Lowveld, Mpumalanga

Sprokiesboskamp Self Catering thatched chalets are situated in Marloth Park, 500m from the Crocodile River on the edge of Kruger National Park. Marloth Park is ideally situated when you are on your way to Mozambique or Swaziland (don't forget your passport). Properties in Marloth Park are not fenced, allowing wild animals to roam about freely. Kudu, wildebeest, impala, waterbuck, zebra, nyala, buffalo, giraffe are just some of the wild animals frequently sighted. Lion spoor is also a regular occurence. Elephant often visit the cool waters of the Crocodile River.

There is a garage and two shopping centres - Trading Post & Bush Centre, where essentials can be bought from. Komatipoort, Malelane and Nelspruit will cater for the more major shopping experiences. A stylish pub offers lunches and dinners, as well as the opportunity to relax in a sparkling pool.

All 3 chalets have an open plan kitchen/bedroom/living area,a separate bathroom with big shower and toilet,a veranda/balcony, splash pool and car park. The kitchenettes are fully equipped, also there is a separate double story community fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor and a braai area with a bar.

For all 3 Chalets fully equipped the rate is R1500pd , sleep 13 + community kitchen and lapa for big groups. Unit 1 sleeps 3: 1 dub 1 x single - from R300 per day Unit 2 sleeps 4: 1 dub 2 x singel beds (bunk beds)- from R300 per day Units 1 + 2 =One bedroom /kitchenette all in one. Separate bathroom with shower. Unit 3 sleeps 6: 2 dub beds, 1 3/4 bed.,1 single bed. 2 bedrooms on suite. Downstairs bedroom spa bath + shower. Upper bedroom just shower. Kitchenette /living area and 1 veranda and one deck. The double story chalet 3 has a DSTV dish, but you need to bring your own decoder. From R 500 per day.

Units can be rented separate. No service  and community kitchen and lapa x excluding. Each unit has its own splash pool and braai. All chalets are serviced Mondays - Saterdays from 8-12 including in price (Sunday excluding R200.00)

We can organise deep sea fishing trips ( min. 5 persons )to Mozambique, Richard's Bay and Sodwana Bay, our boat is a 19ft Tomcat with 2 90PK engines. Quotes on request.
