The Grange Guest House and Conference Centre is located in Durban North, halfway between the Durban CBD and Umhlanga and offers quality bed and breakfast accommodation. The Grange Guest House is a few minutes drive from the Durban city centre (7 km), swimming beaches (3km) and the coastal resort of Umhlanga Rocks (8km). Guests have easy access to UShaka Marine World, the International Convention Centre, Soccer & Rugby stadiums and major shopping centres. Also nearby are no less than seven stunning golf courses!
Our guest house is a mansion with eight en suite bedrooms, two lounges and tropical garden with pool. The eight individually decorated double bedrooms are all en-suite with shower or bath and shower. Each bedroom is fully airconditioned, equipped with a ceiling fan, T.V. (including DSTV), clock radio, telephone & modem point. Secure off street parking is available. All guests have access to a communal pool area equipped with barbecue ("braai") facilities.
A buffet breakfast is served on the terrace overlooking the garden, with your eggs cooked to order. Guests meet for sundowners in the Pub overlooking the ocean before going out to Dinner in one of the many fine restaurants in the area. If preferred a home cooked meal can be arranged by prior request.
Rates for Accommodation are:
Single - R425 Bed and Breakfast +14% VAT for the room
Double - R525 Bed and Breakfast +14% VAT for the room

We have a fully equipped penthouse conference centre /pub with spectacular views which seats up to 20 boardroom style, and offers a magnificent view over Durban bay and the ocean. Tea and Coffee is served either in the adjoining lounge area or on the deck and lunch is served on the terrace overlooking the garden and pool.
Conference rates are R195 per delegate per day +14% VAT which includes 3 tea and coffee breaks with pastries, homemade cakes or biscuits, and lunch. Use of all standard equipment, TV/VCR, OHP and screen, flip chart and whiteboard.
