ABOUT THE GUESTHOUSE The Mediterranean style Guesthouse decorated in an African theme is superbly positioned on the border of Margate and Ramsgate overlooking the warm Indian Ocean. It has a private pathway to quiet golden beaches. Three Blue Flag beaches (Margate, Ramsgate and Marina Beach) are in close proximity.

The bedrooms all have en suite bathrooms and with the exception of Room 6 (the luxury penthouse) have private entrances. All bedrooms with the exception of Room 8 (our self-catering family unit) have a sea view. The sea views from the house and patios are quite magnificent. The Guesthouse is some 780 square meters in area, situated on 4200 square meters of peaceful garden and offers a variety of facilities, including: 1. A licensed bar. 2. Television. 3. A VCR is installed in the main lounge and a DVD player in Room 6. 4. A DVD player and a selection of DVDs and Videos in the main lounge. 5. A large pool (10m * 4.5m), sun decks and a pool bar. 6. A braai patio. 7. Sauna and Jacuzzi. 8. Secure off-street parking. 9. Breakfast choices include Traditional, Continental, English or Health. 10. There are some 80 restaurants and 8 golf courses easily accessible. 11. Less than a 10 minute walk to Margate town center.

GUESTHOUSE PAYMENT TERMS A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. The balance of the account is payable on arrival.
