If you would choose to stay over we can arrange game drives for the following morning in the Krugersdorp game reserve, with your choice of 4x4 or Horse Back. Visit the popular Sterkfontein caves where they discovered one of the oldest skeletons in the world found right here in the Cradle of Human Kind. Visit Maropeng.

Our Honeymoon suite with 4-posterbed offers you a cosy and romantic night with champagne, snacks, chocolates and some beautiful flowers. We can accommodate 24 people sharing for B&B. We are a small venue with a maximum of 40 people for breakfast, lunches or dinner. Meetings and conferences up to 16 people. Ama-Cradle is situated direct boarding the Cradle of Human Kind, near the Krugersdorp game reserve. Only 35 min. from Johannesburg. 45 min. from Pretoria and 15 min from Krugersdorp.

We offer 3 Self Catering houses and 3 B&B cottages:

- Aloe-Vera: This nice cottage with the covered terrace and the most beautiful view over the Magalies Mountains. One bedroom with a double bed and large cupboard and dressing table. Large living room with dining table, couch and coffee table. In the large full-equipped kitchen you find all you need including fridge and microwave. This cottage is mostly booked for long-term stays.

- Baobab, our most luxurious cottage offers you complete comfort and space with two bedrooms and large cupboard. The large living room has an extra sleeper couch for two extra persons, coffee table, TV with video and radio/CD player. The nice open plan full equipped kitchen with fridge and microwave and a large covered terrace with comfortable garden furniture and Braai facilities make your stay unforgettable.

- Protea: This beautiful cottage has one bedroom with double bed, dressing table and a royal cupboard. If necessary we can place a single bed in this room for a child. The large living room has an extra sleeper couch for one person, TV and radio, small dinning table, a couch, chair and coffee table. Bathroom with shower and a large terrace with Braai facilities. An open plan kitchen, full equipped with oven, fridge and microwave completes this comfortable home from home..

- Elephant is a romantic suite with an antique four-poster bed and dressing table. Extra comforts include: hair dryer, Electric Blanket, Bathroom with shower and all the comforts of home, including facilities for making tea and coffee. The Royal Cupboard features a safe so that your valuables may be safely stored. The covered terrace provides a beautiful view over the Magalies Mountains….The perfect place to enjoy a relaxing sundowner!!

- Zebra: A romantic suite with an antique four-poster bed and dressing table.
