JOIN SABB charges no entrance fee, meaning your accommodation will be listed with www.southafricanbedandbreakfast.info without any monthly or annual costs until you request in writing to end the contract.  We charge commission on bookings, which is deducted from the deposit payment.  

Rates
You provide JOIN SABB with your Rack Rates, inclusive of local taxes and VAT. The commission varies from 7,5 to 12,5% (minimum R50), depending on your quote. 

JOIN SABB charges a commission of:
12,5% plus VAT for bookings less then R1500
10,0% plus VAT for bookings from R1500 to R3000
7,5% plus VAT for bookings from R3000

The commission charged includes all banking costs.

The commission will be deducted from the 50% deposit (= minimum) paid to secure a clients booking. The balance of payment is settled between you and the customer.

JOIN SABB's payments to the accommodation are processed 3x per week, within 48 hours of the receipt of the deposit in the JOIN SABB bank account.   

Cancellation Policy & Refunds
With your quotation the client receives a copy of your cancellation and refunds policy. Cancellations MUST be made in writing. Refunds will be settled between you and the client on your terms.

Terms 
JOIN SABB allows only one accommodation per advertisement. 2 accommodation means 2 advertisements, unless they are on the same property. If not, you are required to complete Register forms for each of your accommodation.
To provide accurate information to our visitors we will only publish if you submit a completed Register form. We require from you: 

- your contact details, physical and postal address
- a text info of maximum 4000 characters. 
- info about the facilities and nearby activities. 
- your logo and a map, if available
- your ratings by and/or membership of NAA, TGCSA, AA, Portfolio. 
- maximum 5 photo's, in 3 height x 4 wide ratio, minimum 480 x 640 pixels, landscape size 
- your low- and high season rates per person sharing, rates per room/unit will be added to the text 

Your Username and Password will allow you to update your advertisement whenever needed. However, change of ownership should be brought to our attention by e-mail. 

Change of ownership will have no effect on outstanding payments or will be eligible for any refund. 

JOIN SABB reserves the right to refuse a listing without any reasons given. No permission may be given to any other webmasters or publishers to use material from the JOIN SABB website witout our prior permission. We will not withhold you our permission unreasonably. Action will be taken against website owners who use our material without consulting us beforehand.

It is not allowed to add a link to your website or e-mail address to the text, nor any other contact details.
